I'm Ying, a product designer and developer based in Edinburgh. I combine UX research, Figma and frontend development to turn ideas into thoughtful, production-ready digital products.
About
I work across product design and development, with a particular interest in understanding why people behave the way they do and turning those insights into better products.
My background combines digital marketing, sociology and software development. I completed a master's degree in Sociology, followed by a 16-week software development bootcamp at CodeClan.
Since then, I've worked across product design, frontend development and digital marketing — building products with React, React Native and TypeScript while using research and experimentation to guide product decisions.
